With the rapid increase of the solid waste, it not only occupy large areas of land resources due to pile up, but also cause serious environmental pollution, and even trigger landslides, mudslides and other secondary geological disasters. In addition, with the development of economic and the level of the the city improvement, people on the land leads to excessive production, impoverishment of the soil, or the number reclamation soil themselves are very fragile, so that it have not the coordination and the supply of nutrients for the plant capacity. Therefore, the solid wastes improve soil to bring about social, economic and environmental benefits of vital importance.This subject by Fly ash,phosphogypsum and sludge components and pH value, will start from all proportion to the mixture and then improve three of the barren soil in Jintang county,Qionglai and Pengzhou to the study concluded as follows:(1).Experiments using scanning electron microscopy analysis, and agricultural methods of rock analysis summarizes the three solid waste of fly ash, phosphogypsum and sludge material composition, physical and chemical properties and fertility status, at lase,it inproved that three solid waste have proved improve soil conditions .(2).By the geological background, formation characteristics and features of the fourth line of Pengzhou, Qionglai and Jintang three barren soil,using the X-ray, agricultural chemical analysis and rock analysis, etc,the results showed that quartz and illite in soil share of large, silicate content of more weathered, less fertile, available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and soil organic matter content lower than 2 standard, pH, varies.(3).Determined through experiments of fly ash, phosphogypsum, and sludge three solid waste in 16:30:0.05 performance when equipped with the best soil amendments, and poor soil in accordance with the 1:5 mixture can enhance the soil fertility, with the soil of available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and soil organic matter reached the second standard, pH are about 7.0.(4). This paper discussesed the mechanism of soil improvement of solid waste, to clarify the addition of sludge increased soil organic matter content of soil available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increase is due to the three solid waste directly, or converted from, and solid waste objects added, help to increase soil aggregate structure, increasing soil humic acid, promote the optimization of soil ecosystem, the soil needed to ensure crop nutrient demand for crop growth conditions.
