Chlorophenols(CPs)is insoluble in water, The formation is PCP-Na in the neutral Water, with a very strong sense of "three to" effect,Many countries included in the priority pollutants and POPs blacklist. Degradation is one of the most effective methods which remove the sodium pentachlorophenate in the environment, therefore, the study of sodium pentachlorophenate degradation is of great significance. chlorophenols compounds are many, this paper select 4-CP-Na,2,4-DCP,PCP, and CPs-Na which are common in the environment as the beau of research, using heterogeneous Fenton reagent catalyzed oxidation to degradate sodium chlorophenols. This paper respectively use Chelating resin,4A molecular sieve, Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve, activated alumina as the carrier, and prepare Fe(â…¡)-Chelating resin, Fe(â…¡)-4A molecular sieve, Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve, Fe(â…¡)-Al2O3, Fe(â…¢)-Y molecular sieve. By comparing the adsorption of five catalyst and the test of catalyzed oxidation to degradate sodium Chlorophenols. To draw a conclusion that adsorption of Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve is lowest, and capacity of the CPs-Na is best. At the same time in the Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve cycle pilot study found that the treatment will be maintained through simple good catalyst activity, has great applicability.Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve which have better catalytic antibody and hydrogen peroxide constitute heterogeneous Fenton reagents, to study the photocatalytic degradation of CPs-Na, Single factor test inspected the effects of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the quality of Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve, the initial concentration of CPs-Na, pH value for degradation; study results shows that the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and the quality of Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve play greater impact on CPs-Na, the initial concentration of CPs-Na and initial pH value on degradation of CPs-Na has little effect; coexistent ions Na+,Cl-,K+,SO42-,Mg2+,Zn2+which Quality-rate is under 50 times to PCP-Na have not interference, and NO3-,NH4+,have interference;the reaction system of UV/H2O2/Fe(â…¡)-Y molecular sieve play a best effect in the five different system. This paper also research a preliminary process design for wastewater treatment of CPs-Na using heterogeneous Fenton method.
