Purified efficiency of matrix eco-culture system in sediment of swan lake and the contribution of waving-made disturbance equipment to sediment properties and the material and energy conversion were discussed in this thesis,. According to BP neural network theory, simulation model of purified efficiency of matrix eco-culture system to the sediment of swan lake was established. Mainly research conclusions are as follows:(1) After purification of Waving-made-transport equipment for about 4 months in the sediment of swan lake, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and biological available phosphorus decreased by 28%,18% and 21%, and total phosphorus increased by 12%. In the waving-made disturbance aera, the content of loss on ignition was in the range from 4.03% to 5.44% and pH value was within the scope of 7.16-7.94,The rising scope of water content is 18.34%. The sediment was suspended and evacuated by the system of water waves that increased oxygen content, and then accelerate the fixation of phosphorus and good purifying effect for total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and biological available phosphorus in the sediment.(2) After purification of matrix eco-culture system for about 4 months in the sediment of swan lake,in operating areas of the system, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and biological available phosphorus decreased by 24%,26% and31%, and total phosphorus increased by 16%.The contents of loss on ignition decreased in the range from 0.08% to 1.14% and pH value was within the scope of 7.97-6.83,The rising scope of water contents was 10.46%. Matrix eco-culture system effectively changed the physical and chemical properties of sediment habitat through synergy of the system units, and then promoted purifying effect of nitrogen and biological available phosphorus and accelerated the fractionation of phosphorus in the sediment.(3) Correlation coefficients between physical-chemical characteristics and phosphorous fractions in the Sediment of the Waving-made-transport aera shows that: there was significantly negative correlation between the change of organic phosphorus and ferrum/aluminum phosphorus, calcium phosphorus; there was also significantly negative correlation the content of biological available phosphorus and ferrum/aluminum phosphorus, there was significantly positive correlation between the change of total phosphorus and ferrum/aluminum phosphorus, residual phosphorus; and there was positive correlation between residual phosphorus, total phosphorus and water content.(4) In waving-made distabance aera, the cotent of Ferrum/aluminum phosphorus in sediment taking account of 24%-47% increased obviously, and calcium phosphorus changed in the range of 15%-27% steadily. In addition, residual phosphorus increased from 11% to 29%, but organophosphorus decreased from 38% to 14%. Under the action of waving-Made disturbance equipment, adsorbed and settled Ferrum/ aluminum phosphorus could be discharge from overlying water easily. Through the improvement of sediment state, unstable phosphorus transformed to stable phosphorus.(5) Applying BP neural network model, the model on purification efficiency of matrix eco-culture system in sediment was established, but test data did not fit the model perfectly. Influences of input impact factors matrix eco-culture system made could not express the evolution of biological available phosphorus and total nitrogen. matrix eco-culture system was probably realized the purification efficiency of biological available phosphorus and total nitrogen in sediment by changing other more important impact factors.
