A series of studies of restoration effection have been carried out using the method of matrix eco-cultural system to restore the water quality in Swan Lake. And different discussions have been made in water quality restoration of Swan Lake, as well as influences in different areas, and influences of core equipments to water quality of Swan Lake. Purification efficiency model of matrix eco-cultural system has been tried to establish. The main research results are as follows:1. The matrix eco-cultural system integrates oxygen-adding equipment, recycling adding oxygen equipment, plant floating bed, fish regulation and lights induction. CODCr,TN,NH3-N, TP decreased by 42.8%,31.9%,33.5% and 30.4% respectively after the restoration of matrix eco-cultural system about 3 months. In addition, in the restoration process of matrix eco-cultural system, plants grow well and individual fish gains weight rapidly, which brings about certain economic outputs.2. Certain regularities have showed that CODCr removal decreased as the distance increase. With the increase of distance to the matrix eco-cultural system, the CODCr removal in 1#,2#,3# reached 36.7%,34.3% and 34.2% respectively, and the decline of CODCr was 1#>2#>3#.Total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen removal increase with the increase of distance to the matrix eco-cultural system. With the increase of distance to the matrix eco-cultural system, total nitrogen removal reached 17.0%,19.9% and 24.3% respectively, and ammonia nitrogen removal was 28.2%,31.2% and 34.3% in the water quality sampling points of 1#,2#,3#. The decline of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were 3#>2#>1#.Total phosphorus removal decreases with the increase of distance to the matrix eco-cultural system. With the increase of distance to the matrix eco-cultural system, total phosphorus removal reaches 22.2%,20.0% and 18.2% in the water quality sampling points of 1#,2# and 3#. The decline of total phosphorus is 1#>2#>3#.3. According to the national water resource comprehensive planning eutrophication evaluation criterion, the comprehensive evaluation results of eutrophication status of Swan Lake was eutrophication after the restoration of matrix eco-cultural system. But after the restoration of matrix eco-cultural system about three months, the water quality of Swan Lake improves obviously. The average score of restoration decreases from 70 to 60, and the scores of total phosphate, chlorophyll A and transparency of Swan Lake decrease to a certain extent after only three months of the restoration of matrix eco-cultural system. Water quality of Swan Lake increases obviously and a good development trend has been formed.4. Upper and low water bodies constantly exchange and the concentration of dissolved oxygen increases gradually under the action of the waving-made and oxygen-adding device. The concentration of dissolved oxygen in the low water body is higher than the other without using the waving-made and oxygen-adding device with a higher speed in the concentration of dissolved oxygen. More fully exchange is made, more lower the gap between concentration after the disturbance of the waving-made and oxygen-adding device is.With time increasing, the concentration of dissolved oxygen increases gradually, but the increasing rate of dissolved oxygen decreases in upper water body under the action of water-recycling and oxygen-adding device. The nearer the distance to the water-recycling and oxygen-adding device, the faster the concentration of dissolved oxygen came to the state of saturation. With the increase of distance to water-recycling and oxygen-adding device, the concentration of dissolved oxygen decreases gradually.5. With the increase of distance to the waving-made and oxygen-adding device, the disturbance to the sediment is getting smaller, which is the reason that the turbidity value decreases gradually, and transparency measurement values increases continuously.
