Biological nitrogen removal wastewater treatment is an important technology, including nitrification bacteria and denitrification bacteria breeding is a key point; in the treatment process, the immobilized cell technology to enhance microbial resistance to impact and water resistance. This paper first activity of the organic sludge bacteria and nitrite in nitrifying bacteria in aerobic fat screening, to activated sludge enrichment culture and microbial enhancer taming, crossed through the silica gel plate or a coating method of separation, won 2 of nitrite bacteria X1 and X2; through identification, respectively nitrosated single cell bacteria and nitrite-type bacteria. Through a combination of tests to determine the optimal mix of two strains of bacteria for the nitrification type: nitrification bacteria using single cell ratio of 1:1, by orthogonal analysis test to determine the optimal conditions for high-density culture: In the ammonium sulfate is 2g/L, sodium bicarbonate was 1g/L, trace type element 1ml /L, pH = 8.0 and dissolved oxygen greater than 2.4mg/L, 40 days after culture, enriched by bacterial culture, in which cell number for the rich training set 100 times before, good test results. After testing, for determining the optimal nitrifying bacteria inoculum was 10% to 15%, best C / N of 2.5, the optimal range of pH values between 7.5 to 8.0.In ammonia treatment process, the use of mixed bacteria immobilization method works, as the application of porous ceramic immobilized carrier, increased the efficiency of the reaction mass, will address the rate increased by 30%.In the choice of bacteria immobilized test material, a major study of sodium alginate, activated carbon, polyvinyl alcohol and polymer adhesive agent immobilized material, through tests to determine a fixed method. In the treatment process, the study of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and C/N ratio of the treatment effect, determined the best treatment process, testing the fixed pool of balls into the aerobic and anoxic pool of nitrogen treatment, immobilized continuous operation time from 5 days up to 15 days, COD and BOD removal rate reached 96%, and ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 97%.
