In the company production wastewater dimethylformamide (DMF), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) concentration was higher, and are more difficult to biological degradation, so the higher processing costs. This thesis is designed to remove organic matter and this process of degradation studies, carried out the commissioning process, to maximize the removal of wastewater organic matter, and actively explore the effluent discharge standards set in the premise, reduce wastewater treatment costs, less capital investment, reduce burdens practical approach to achieve environmental benefits and economic benefits. This thesis is separated into four parts. The first part introduces the situation of wastewater's quality and quantity conditions, treatment technology options,as well as process and building specifications. The second part describes the upflow anaerobic sludge reactor (UASB) to start debugging and experimental results showed that using UASB process as aerobic biological treatment of pre-treatment with high removal efficiency, shock load and improve biodegradability of the wastewater role. In the UASB influent COD was 3000-4000 mg/L, BOD5 was 175~480 mg/L, NH4+-N to 28~202 mg/L, SS is 175~480 mg/L, pH 8.4-8.9, the process of the total COD and BOD5 removal rate was 74% and 52%, UASB effluent average concentration of COD 930mg/L, BOD5 average concentration of 297 mg/L or so, SS average concentration of 315 mg/L, effluent pH 7.3~7.9.The third section introduces the magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) chemical precipitation removal ammonia nitrogen pilot study, results showed that: using MgCl2·6H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O as a precipitating agent the best investigated pH, n(PO43-):n(NH4+), n(Mg2+):n(NH4+) and initial ammonia concentration on ammonia removal and utilization of phosphate through the multiple indicator orthogonal and single factor test to determine the best pH=9.5, n(Mg2+):n(NH4+): n(PO43-)=1.2:1:1.1, ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 90.81 percent at this time, phosphate utilization was 97.34%, residual phosphorus content of 27.67 mg/L.The fourth part describes the two sequencing batch reactor (SBR) treatment process to start debugging and experimental study. The results show that, by order of the effective regulation of practice,SBR pool on the COD removal rate of 90%on the removal of BOD591%.SBR technology can well, while in the degradation of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus removal can be achieved very good results, the final effluent to discharge standards.
