With the advancement of society and economy, industrialization not only is the theme of China's economic and social development, but also increasingly becomes the mainstream of world economic development. However, coincident with China's industrial growth, the problem of the industry pollution and excessive consumption of resourcesare play a negative role in promoting sustainable industrial development model, How to encourage the enterprises which pursue the profit-maximizing to take the initiativethe to reduce pollution and protect the environment is one of the great importance methods.Investment tax credit policy, as a kind of measure to prevent and control industry pollution, has cansed widespread concern.
