Immobilization of Microbial Technology (IMC), is by chemical or physical means, will be isolated from the screening appropriate to the specific degradation of the waste water efficient strains, or through genetic engineering technology to clone a specific strain of fixed, to keep active and Repeated use. As a new wastewater treatment methods, is the biological engineering in a very active field of research. In this paper, for sewage dairy treatment targets, the effect on their treatment. This study used natural polymer carrier-alginate and synthetic polymer carrier materials-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) for the embedding of the micro-organisms embedded and applied dairy plant wastewater treatment.Experiment with three different methods of fixed carrier, are:3 percent of the sodium alginate and 10% CaCl2; 10% of the polyvinyl alcohol and saturated boric acid; 7.5%-10% of the polyvinyl alcohol and 0.5-1.0% The joint alginate, the infusion of 2% and 4% saturation CaC12 mixed boric acid solution. After the optimal conditions for experiments to determine the pH, temperature, concentration and so on the ball, comprehensive price and other factors, to wastewater treatment for the effects of direct indicators to evaluate the effect of embedding.Research shows that:(1) Immobilized, activated sludge wastewater treatment plant the effect of dairy Obviously, the three carrier fixed the best method of treatment effect can be so treated wastewater to achieve an emission standard, CODcr control in the 100 mg/L within. (2) Three carriers in the fixed method to PVA-alginate embedding the best method of treatment effect. (3) Three of the best embedded conditions are:temperature 30℃, pH=8, immobilization of particles and sewage ratio was 18%.(4) In the best conditions, the dairy factory wastewater removal in the CODcr reached 84.95 percent, the wastewater treatment CODcr to 68.55 mg/L.
