| Ore matching is a multi-stage process of mixing ores with different qualities systematically and purposefully and a kind of coordination and balance on quality and quantity of mineral resources. Its main purpose is to make the products not only meet users' requirements, but also make the maximal economic benefits for enterprises, so ore matching is always very important. In this paper, the research and discussion was applied according to the artificial defects, and then established dynamic and real-time ore matching system according to the actual situation of mine with scientific management pattern. It provided effective protection for the stability of ore grade, and improved the utilization of mining resources.The main contents are as follows: developing a useful and available ore matching program according to the actual situation of Wulongquan mine; proposing optimal control of ore grade which is accorded with actual situation; establishing grade prediction model using one-dimensional linear regression analysis and providing theoretical guarantee and modeling basis for the real-time of ore matching; establishing ore matching model with linear programming method and simplifying the model according to the actual situation of mine; using VB language as a tool to build Wulongquan dolomite ore matching system.Wulongquan real-time ore matching system has its own unique operation rules, which not only has important practical signification for Wulongquan iron mine, but also has theoretical signification and reference value for the similar open pit mine to establish their own ore matching system.
