Because mine's quality of the whole deposit is not well-proportioned, mine must be poised it's quality index and matched in order to ensure the natural yield of the mine choice mill and obtain well economical index . This text analyzed the matching actuality of Lingxiang-lime-ore and found the main question of its according to the project background that Lingxiang-lime-ore's bad mine no place to pile and good mine can't be exploited which grade of finished product minerals is not steady.This text mainly solved problem as following : (1)Build up deposit former to resolve lack of existing geologic data ; (2)Progressed forecast of mine piles' quality and ameliorating of mine detecting to cat down producing of bad mine; (3)Conformation of real-time matching ore system use Delphi 7 by the way of exploitation surrounding in order to complete matching ore request.Primary content and work of this text as following:(1) Theory of deposit former. The theory of this text mainly includes the theory of false drawing intellectualized simulation, dynamic sector searching theory, theory of the mutative units contrast, ob-contain theory and opening—close surroundings deposit former demarcating theory and so on. All of them formed the theory of Lingxiang-lime-ore deposit former. And all of them settled basic theory in order to constitute deposit former according deposit fact(2) Constitute deposit former. This part formed deposit former that it made use of geology database and theory of the deposit former . It can know S distributing in the mine . Database Desktop of Delphi 7 was looked up on register system in order to deal with geology database. Database Desktop split multidimensional databases into several planar databases because Database Desktop can't disposal multidimensional databases. Modeling system included deposit former of the whole mine and deposit former of the local mine. The database exported by deposit former looked on information of production plan which can make up lack of geology database.(3)Mine piles' quality forecasting and ore grade checking. Before matching mine piles was bewrote by table in order to confirm which can join matching. Mine piles who can join matching used theory of step blasting to foresee its quality and quantity . Mesh method would replace gathering method to reduce mistake of ore grade checking.(4) Establishing Real-time ore matching system .System looked on Delphi 7 as exploitation setting .Software included repository ,mine piles' database , consequence mechanism, explain part, disposal of knowledge return five parts. Matching system uses dissimilarity mechanism to deal with all kinds of matching type than be sorted according mine piles' amount which joined matching. System can arrange diverse matching project. After matched system would save matching project in order that it could advance system's efficiency and rate of success.
