Selective Laser Melting(SLM)is a new laser rapid manufacture technology, which is to melt metal powders layer after layer by laser beam to form a metallurgicalcompact entity. It takes advantage of selective laser sintering and laser cladding technology.and can attain directly high performance and dense mental part without mould,with wider application foreground.Comparing with traditional manufacturing method,the technology has the advantages of simple,high efficiency and high utilization ratio of the material,and can make Functionally Gradient Materials by the technology.However, the process of forming metal parts there of globalization, crack, deformation, warping, delamination and other bottlenecks to solve urgent domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper, SLM forming dense metal parts directly to the goal line with the existing experimental conditions of a specific overall experimental plan. With 316 stainless steel powder, aluminum powder, nickel powder, iron and nickel powders and other major pieces of experimental material on the forming density of a systematic study, in order to obtain dense parts at the same time determine the quality of SLM forming process parameters. Mainly includes the following:(1) Uses the 316L stainless steel powder to carry on the SLM experiment, First through the research laser electric current, the laser pulse width, the pulse of laser light frequency, the scanning velocity, the scanning spacing, face powder thickness and the scanning way various technological parameter to the single channel scanning, the single-layer scanning's influence, determined that the SLM processing components good technological parameter, lays the foundation for afterward block body formation.Block body test specimen which prepares to the different technological parameter, through sends the density measurement, the scanning electronic microscope analysis, the Microstructure analyzes conducts the performance study; Through the analysis, chooses group of superior parameters, the system sends the density to be high, and precision high forming.(2)On aluminum, copper SLM experiments conducted to analyze the performance of the powder on the forming quality for the future shape of these powder foundation.(3)Different ratio iron and nickel mix powders were compared SLM forming a preliminary understanding of the Ni content on Fe-Ni metal powder, Department of SLM.(4)Uses various metal powder SLM which the above experiment obtains best technological parameter, system stainless steel powder, nickel powder, hard nickel mix powder Functionally Gradient Materials test specimen, and has carried on the analysis to the different powder intersection point's Microstructure.
