The design and synthesis of the nitroxide radical ligands complexes is one of the most attractive field in the molecular-based magnetic materials. The main topic of this thesis is to combine the nitroxide radical ligands to the clusters of polymetallic-center complexes. Meanwhile, controlling reaction conditions to synthesize various structures finally to obtain materials with different properties is the research train of thought in this thesis. In addition, the X-ray detection and magnetic properties of the complexes are studied here too.In recent decades, the nitroxide radical ligands combined with transition metals have attracted much more attentions. The main topic of this thesis here is about this field. After three years' hard work, we have obtained a series of novel stractural complexes, which are chain complexes bridged by nitroxide radicals and carboxyl and polyspin center complexes ,totally seven compounds. In addition, eight complexes have been detected their magnetic properties, which reveal that there are seven compounds conceiving ferromagnietic interaction properties. With the help of Hamilton Equation and the program of Magpack, the magnetic data have been further analyzed, the results figure out the coupling constants between the spin centers in these complexes, in which there are several rarely reported and very complicated magnetic molecules. In this thesis, we mainly show three aspects: 1. The complexes containing carboxyl bridging bimetal unit that is then bridged by the nitroxde radical ligands. The magnetic study reveals these complexes contain ferromagnetic interactions; 2. The complexes with poly-notrioxde radicals which is rarely been found in previous reports; 3.Some 1-D chain complexes of large ground spins which is contributed to synthesize the single molecular magnetic materials.
