In order to promote the industrialization of residue slurry-bed hydro-cracking technology, the three stages industrialized experimentations were carried out on the 5 tons/year residue slurry-bed hydro-cracking industrialized experimentation equipment based on the study in the laboratory. The first two stages industrialized experimentation got through the technical flow and discovered several problems about the design, equipments and technics of industrialized experimentation equipment.On the base of the analysis, summarization of the first stage industrialized experimentation and the adjustment of equipments, the second stage industrialized experimentation were accomplished based on the project of VGO circulation. During the experiment, the equipments operated 8 days on 420 to 430℃reposefully, and had no coke in the reactor. The experiment proved the results of medium-sized experiment in laboratory, and indicated that the residue slurry-bed hydro-cracking technology have had the conditions of industrialization primarily.On the base of the two stages industrialized experimentation, the third stage industrialized experimentations of KLAR and LHAR slurry-bed hydro-cracking were completed on the project of VGO circulation, and got data. The equipments operated 32 days on 430 to 435℃reposefully, and had no coke in the reactor. The experiment proved the results of medium-sized experiment in laboratory.In a word, the industrialized experimentations of residue slurry-bed hydro-cracking technology proved the results of medium-sized experiment in laboratory preferably, got through the technical flow and indicated the technics were feasible on the lay of technique.
