Blowout wrecking equipment is vital device in the oilfield production. Blowout is atragic accident in the petroleum exploration and development, which occurs from time to timeunder the influence of various factors. The occurrence of producing well blowout will resultin the damage of wellhead, the influence on the normal production and lives of inhabitantsnearby, the damage to the environment, and considerable economic lose. Therefore oil fieldmust deal with blowout using special blowout wrecking equipment.The structures and functions of blowout wrecking equipment, which is used in oilfield atpresent,are analyzed,and a new type hydraulic blowout wrecking system is disclosed, aimingat these outstanding issues in the operation of blowout wrecking such as poor safety, singlefunction, low efficiency, high labor-intensive operation, etc. Meanwhile, the mechanicalstructure is designed, and the operation procedures and control principle are analyzed in thehope of providing a reference for practical application.Two main forms of blowout, top-blowout and side-blowout, are analyzed, and wellheadequipment is selected as the operational objectives according to the damage forms in thepaper. The main function is fix on changing the useless wellhead equipment for the new. Themechanical structure of hydraulic blowout wrecking system, which includes locating andadjusting device, locating and gripping device, top-blowout wrecking device, side-blowoutwrecking device and auxiliary locating device, is designed in the paper. The four parts areintegrated in a systematic way, and the hydraulic blowout wrecking plans and the operatingrules shape up ultimately. The intensity checking of the key components are obtained, in orderto ensure the rationality and the safety of the equipment.The main parameters and the control scheme are determined through analysis andcalculation of the loads on the base of mechanical structure design. At the mean time,hydraulic component selection and design of hydraulic manifold block are finished. Mathematical models of the key valves are established by using the Power Bond Graphtheory, and system performances are analyzed. After the analysis of control principle, thecontrol scheme of the blowout wrecking equipment is determined ultimately,and PLCprograms are compiled and debugged by CX-Programmer.
