With the development of society,the increasing demand of oil and natural gas multiplies the oil production as well as well spilling accidents.Well spilling accidents are catastrophic in the process of drilling and completion,causing huge losses.Although for research of onshore oil drilling equipment,China's technology has been relatively mature,for research of blowout rescue equipment in onshore oil drilling process,it has not.Meanwhile,in china,offshore petroleum equipment research started late,the technology is still relatively backward,and the research for the offshore blowout rescue device is in a blank stage.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the research of blowout emergency equipment in drilling.In this paper,blowout emergency devices were designed for the blowout accidents occurred in the drilling process in the onshore drilling well and offshore platform(dry type well).This thesis focuses on the study of general arrangement,structural design,finite element analysis,hydraulic system design and electronic control system design of blowout rescue devices.The main work is as follows:Firstly,a deep investigation and research on blowout rescue device about land and offshore drilling platform in China and abroad was carried out in this paper.Through comparison and demonstration,the well closure scheme in the sea and the offshore platform were developed.Then three sets of coping devices were designed on the basis of different blowout conditions.Three devices are the automatic screw device of the cock,the emergency sealing device without the drill rod collar and the wellhead blowout emergency device.According to the functional characteristics of each device,the structure was designed in detail,and the 3D digital model of three sets of equipment was established by the SolidWorks software.Secondly,the force during the process of the devices connected with wellhead and the water hammer pressure in the shutting well were calculated.A numerical calculation model of key parts in each device was established by the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to analyze the intensity and rigidity,the stress and strain distribution in key components were obtained.The results show that the strength and stiffness of parts meet the requirements of the work.Finally,the hydraulic system and electronic control system were designed.The main contents include: calculating the hydraulic parameter,selecting the hydraulic components,drawing hydraulic schematic,selecting the PLC model,writing the PLC program with STEP7 and designing the control panel of three sets of devices with Wincc.
