At present,almost 90% of the municipal refuse in our country was treated with landfill technology. So seeking a economical leachate treatment process adapted to China is an impendent problem to promote the development of landfill technology.Considering the reality of our country, recirculation as an effective treatment technology of leachate has a great prospect for development.Contents of this research project is based on the preliminary study of the optimum reaction conditions, using the GC-MS techniques to monitor the entire process of leachate recirculation of organic matter changes. Studying the effects of organic ingredients on the leachate recirculation treatment from the microscopic point. At the same time, research the effect under the conditions of aerobic and oxygen-pH value on the treatment. Processing technology for the application of leachate recirculation to provide test parameters.Through the above pilot study found the following main conclusions:(1) Relative to the number 1 device without recirculation treatment, the three installations with recirculation treatment by the last leachate monitoring data CODcr removal rates were 36.92% and 59.65%,48.36%.Leachate qualitative analysis of organic components suggest that the three devices recharge handle 1 device relative to the acid removal were 29.18%, 61.26%,32.65%, the merits of removal consistent with CODcr removal.(2) Aerobic and oxygen regulation with the leachate pH value of 8.0 has little contribution to the removal of ammonia nitrogen and CODcr.(3) The qualitative analysis results showed that under the recirculation treatment conditions, the carboxylic acids of the leachate starting sharply reduced from September 7.significantly, The carboxylic acids in device-No.1 without leachate recirculation also decreased, but the decline slow. Shows that leachate recirculation treatment can speed up the degradation of carboxylic acids in the conversion.(4)During 4-6 weeks of the Experimonal body has begun to enter the anaerobic acid phase. Phase of acetic acid, acetic acid bacteria to organic acids, alcohols, aldehydes and other substances into acetic acid. But this time, theent, refuse the regi device CODcr leachate concentration stabilized.(5) Analysis the results of leachate organic matter found that the leachate recirculation treatment can remove the dangerous chemicals such as furan and its derivatives, thiophene and its derivatives.
