High Speed Machining Technology is a modern manufacturing technology by improving the cutting speed greatly to improve productivity, process accuracy, process quality and reduce cost. High Speed Spindle is needed more and more with the development of high speed machining technology. Heating problem is a important reason to regulate development of High Speed Spindle and it is already a difficulty to be solved.According to the High Speed Spindle property affected by the thermal-state characteristic, by Finite Element Analysis Method and located the measuring position the Temperature Field Distribution cloud chart of it is getted. The temperature measurement system is bulided by combining NI and Intelligent Instrument and measure the Taper Hole temperature in High Speed Spindle by using Infrared Sensor in this system. So the reason of high temperature in spindle by Analysis the temperature parameters and temperature curves is getted. So that provide on optimized Structure and increase the ability of High Speed Spindle.Finally, the debugging of the Measuring System and On-Line Monitoring temperature in High Speed Spindle is finished by field experiment. The temperature curves is got through the measurement data We can also extract and analyze the related history data to provide basis on So that the optimized Structure of High Speed Spindle can be extracted and analyzed by using the related history data through the database in NI.
