Due to health and safety and to facilitate economic and other advantages in the field of non-durable apparel, non-woven material has become so popular. The paper selected spunbond nonwoven, hydroentangling nonwoven, composite nonwoven of these three kind of nonwoven fabric to carry on the experiment, made the character index test to them (thickness), the physical performance index tests (tensile, bursting, bending, abrasion resistance, crease, drapability) separately as well as the comfortable performance index test (heat insulation, breathability, moisture transmisson, water resistant), and each of the the test results of the three non-woven fabric are analyzed using the curve fitting method to find the regression equations between the fabric gram with its tensile, bursting, bending, abrasion resistance, crease, drapability, heat insulation, breathability, moisture transmisson, water resistant, and found the relationship between the fabric gram with its various performance, used the gray scale near-optimal comprehensive evaluation to analyse the spunbond nonwoven, hydroentangling nonwoven, composite nonwoven's heat humidity comfortable performances,got the different gram of the three non-woven fabric's heat and moisture comfortable performance order of the merits and demerits and the merits and demerits order of same weight of the spunbond, hydroentangling, composite (SMS/ SMMS) non-woven fabric thermal and moisture comfort quality; the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to analyze the wearability of the three non-woven fabric, and identify the different gram of spunbond, hydroentangling, composite (SMS/ SMMS) non-woven fabric in the popularity of wearability,in order to make a comprehensive evaluation for the comfort and wearability of the non-woven fabric. Identified spunlace non-woven fabric (weight is 70g/m2, polyester/viscose 30/70) cotton knitted fabric with the traditional closest.
