With the rapid development of China's economy,the opening of China's"second child" policy,and the gradual aging of the population,the disposable hygiene products market continues to develop,and China's huge population base provides space for the development of the disposable hygiene products market.The surface material of sanitary products is an indispensable part of disposable hygiene products,which directly contact the skin.Consumers hope that the surface layer material feels better and can feel more comfortable when used.The surface materials currently on the market mainly include thin spunbonded nonwoven materials and hot air nonwoven materials.Thin spunbond nonwovens are generally SSS spunbond nonwovens that are silky and slippery.Hot air nonwovens are soft and fluffy.The subject is to develop a surface material that has two characteristics.The subject selected 15 kinds of commonly used surface materials on the market,including 13 kinds of hot air nonwoven materials and 2 kinds of SSS spunbonded nonwoven materials.According to relevant standards,the thickness,areal density,breaking strength and ventilation of these 15 kinds of samples were carried out according to relevant standards.,moisture permeability,penetration,reverse osmosis,bending,drape and other performance tests,using the design of the device to test the friction properties of 15 samples,the results were analyzed,and 15 kinds of surface materials were analyzed using fuzzy mathematics.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted.Then,15 kinds of hot air nonwoven materials with surface density of 20g/m2 were prepared by changing the ratio of cylinder to work roll speed,hot air pressure(frequency of adjusting hot air blower)and hot air temperature in the production process of hot air nonwoven materials.The obtained hot air nonwoven material was subjected to some performance tests.The optimum process parameters were selected from the ratio of cylinder to work roll of 11.67,the hot air blower frequency of 42 Hz,and the hot air temperature of 133 ?.Hygienic facing materials that combine the characteristics of hot air and SSS spunbond nonwovens are prepared using optimal process parameters.5 kinds of ES fibers with different curling degrees were prepared by changing the process parameters in the fiber production process.According to the 5 kinds of fibers,five kinds of hot air nonwoven materials with an areal density of 20 g/m2 were prepared.The thickness,breaking strength,gas permeability,moisture permeability,penetration,reverse osmosis,bending,drape and friction properties of these samples were tested to obtain the change of the number of crimps of the fibers.The moisture permeability has almost no effect;the fiber crimping number is reduced,the penetration time of the hot air nonwoven material is gradually reduced,the softness and friction property are improved;the gas permeability,moisture permeability and permeability are superior to the 3 S spunbond nonwoven material;The friction performance is inferior to that of the 3S spunbond nonwoven,but as the number of crimps is reduced to 8.5No./25 mm,the lateral bending stiffness is close to that of the 3S spunbond nonwoven.When the hot air nonwoven material obtained by reducing the number of fiber curls is used for the surface material of the sanitary product,the consumer's demand for the comfort of the sanitary product can be more satisfied.
