Fore treatment of wet market with aquatic pollution is one-point source pollution of the river water quality, In this paper, based on the Environmental Protection Department of the first national survey of pollution sources (item number: WPXC2007C200) sub-topics "urban life of the source of production accounting system for sewage and its application-study on the pollution coefficient in the process of processing and consumption the major food,this thesis through survey,sampling and laboratory analysis of the fore-treatment pollution quantity of various types wet market in Changsha to determine wet markt pre-treatment pollution load, and choose a simple mathematical model of tatistical Changsha wet market pre-treatment pollution load and pollution index, calculated sewage volume production of the wet market in Changsha, and to provided basic discharge coefficient accounting data and supplement for the dailylife of urban residents. The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, made a brief introduction and comments of the main source of pollution of urban living, pollution and treatment status, domestic farmers market pollution investigation, pollution models, and other research progress, also pointed out that the content of this study and significance.Chapter II studies of four different size swet markts of Changsha in April, August, December, respectively a week-long field investigation and sampling, survey results showed that:(1) the market volume of solid waste from small to large are:Hunan Agricultural Market 227 kg/d; YingWanzheng market 1022kg/d; Wu Jialing market 1465kg/d; Ma Wangdui wholesale 69000kg/d. (2) The average daily sales in each market were:Ma Wangdui:450 tons, Wu Jialing:11401.54kg, Ying Wanzheng: 10203.35kg, Hunan Agricultural University:1235.83kg; Average daily sales of various district were:vegetables zone> fruit zone> livestock zone> bean zone> drysaltery areas; The average daily sales in December was the largest, April followed, finally, the August. (3) The market average daily volume of sewage are:Wu Jialing: 9261.5L, Ying Wanzheng:7804.67L, Hunan Agricultural University:1745.67L. Ma Wangdui As the wholesale market, production little waste water during sales process; The market fruit zone and drysaltery zone have no waste water produced, the average daily wastewater output of each district wer:livestock zone> vegetables zone> bean zone; The average daily of wastewater output in August is lagest, followed April, finally, the December. (4) Market size inverse proportion to the equivalent of solid waste, but in a certain size range it did not change significantly. The market equivalent of solid waste per day were:Hunan Agricultural Market (0.184kg/kg)> Wu Jialing market (0.128kg/kg)> Ying Wanzheng market (0.101 kg/kg)> Ma Wangdui market (0.015kg/kg).Chapter III studies the pollution load of the three wet markets during sales processing, the results show that:(1) The pollution indicators of average pre-treatment polltion equvalent per day were:COD 67.28g/kg, BOD34.46 g/kg, TN6.15 g/kg, TP0.62 g/kg, nitrogen 1.77 g/kg, animal and vegetable oils 20.08 g/kg; Different seasons of production pollution equivalent were:December (winter)> August (summer)> August (spring);Generally, meat zone and drysaltery zone did not produced water pollution, fruit zone mainly produced solid waste,various types of food pre-treatment productced sewage to live by livestock area, followed by bean zone, other food producted pollution is small; (2) The pollution indicators of average daily output pollution load per capita are:COD 0.1318g/(person* d), BOD 0.0705 g /(person* d), animal and vegetable oils 0.0666 g/(person* d), TN0.0133 g/ (person* d), ammonia nitrogen 0.0056g/(person* d), TP0.0047 g/(person* d); The market average daily sewage production polltion load per capita of each seasons are: winter> spring> summer; The average daily market pre-treatment sewage producted pollution load per capita to live livestock are the mainly, bean zone second, and other food products per capita very little pollution.Chapter IV studies sewage pollution coefficient estimates and pollution prediction model of wet markt in the typical city-Changsha, results showed that:(1) Pollution prediction model used the formula:S= N* M (∑S0/n); (2) Each markets pre-treatment produced pollution load per capita per day were Ying Wanzheng Market> Wu Jialing Market> Hunan Agricultural Universty Markets;Ying Wanzheng market was proudced the biggest sewage pollution equivalent of each market pre-treatment, followed by Wu Jialing market. Sales of Hunan Agricultural University had a large gap between the two markets, sales production was proportional to the equivalent pollution,so made fewer pollutants. Larger of the market,more standardized management,the smaller amount of per capita amount of pollution produced.(3)The pollution index of average sewage producted by wet market pre-teatment at present in Changsha per capita pollution load per day were:COD 0.1336g/(person*d),BOD 0.0689 g/(person*d),TNO.0014g/(person*d), TP0.0055 g/(person*d),ammonia nitrogen 0.0059g/(person*d),animal and vegetable oils 0.0651 g/(person*d);Forecasted the index date of the total sewage output of pollution load at present in Changsha were:COD:N*M*0.1336g/ (person*d),BOD:N*M*0.0689 g/(person*d),TN:N*M*0.014g/(person* d),TP:N*M*0.0055 g/(person*d),ammonia:N*M*0.0059g/(person*d), animal and vegetable oils:N*M*0.0651 g/(person*d).Chapter V summarized and discussed of this research, pesented the innovation of this study and further study of the content.
