Shuangqiao river watershed pollution problems,this study based on investigation of pollution load within the condition of small watershed and estimation,and specific treatment of rural domestic pollution investigation and assessment,for has introduced integration of rural,rural sewage treatment facilities in LABs,for molecular markers,evaluate and analyze the treatment effect of the facility.The main research results are as follows:(1)Shuangqiao river watershed based on the study found that the pollution load status of small watershed in the main urban life pollution,industrial enterprises discharge pollution and has the scale of livestock and poultry farms three point source pollution,the pollution of urban surface runoff pollution,rural life pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution and free-range four kinds of livestock and poultry pollution of non-point source pollution.The output coefficient method and the pollution coefficient method were used to estimate the COD pollution amount of 1307.23t/a and the river inflow amount of 985.44t/a.Ammonia nitrogen pollution capacity 85.63 t /a,river inflow capacity 61.34;TP pollution yield 9.33 t /a,river inflow 6.1t /a.Among them,as the main source of pollutants,rural domestic pollution is more serious,COD production capacity 289.23 t /a,accounting for 22.13%;Ammonia nitrogen pollution rate was 28.92 t/a,accounting for 32.78%.TP pollution yield was 2.89 t /a,accounting for 30.98%.(2)In this paper,optimization,and put forward a kind of water body in the LABs of pretreatment and quantitative method,its main principle is as follows: after the filtered water samples,measuring 1.0 L liquid-liquid extraction,three times of the concentrated extract processing to the 1 m L after chromatography column leaching,collect eluent concentration and the capacity to 1.0 m L,with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry single ion external standard method.The results show that compared with the method before optimization,the method is simple to operate,low cost,high recovery rate and small standard deviation of the same sample.(3)In this study,LABs was used as an environmental molecular marker to indicate the treatment of rural domestic sewage.The result of this may be that the amount of water intake is interfered by many factors such as the floating population and the living habits of the villagers,which makes the equipment unable to operate normally and the microorganisms in the aerobic pool unable to degrade organic matter normally.In addition,the evaporation of wastewater in the integrated treatment equipment exposed to the high temperature environment may virtually concentrate and increase the pollutant concentration in the effluent.(4)LABs have been detected at all sampling points in Shuangqiao river.Compared with the data from other regions in the world,the river has been extensively affected by the domestic sewage generated by the surrounding residents and the influence is greater.According to the analysis of the characteristic values such as I/E value and D value in the LABs,it can be concluded that the Shuangqiao river channel may be polluted by fresh domestic sewage every day,and the biodegradation of water environment of the river is weak.As one of the most seriously polluted main tributaries of Chaohu lake,the serious eutrophication of the Shuanqiao river may be the reason for the low I/E value,D value and other characteristic values of the LABs in the sample.
