Research Of Chang-Zhu-Tan Cities Agglomeration Ecosystem Health Evaluating And Control Measures

With the rapidly development of urban construction, health assessments of urban ecosystem attracted more attention and becoming more important in the theory and practice field. Urban ecosystem health assessment is not only an integrated basis of urban development, but also provides the technical guidance for eco-city construction. This article based on the domestic and foreign research, and selected the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration (C-Z-T) for the research object which continued from 2003 to 2008. The main factors which restricted healthy development of urban agglomeration were emphatically discussed, in which the entropy-weighing method was employed to give indexes weight, and the fuzzy mathematics method is utilized to establish the evaluation system and model. The situation of urban ecosystem health in c-z-t was selected as a study case, and evaluated the differences in different years and indicated the differences among themselves. According to the above research, thus provide the reference for helping C-Z-T urban agglomeration to build scientific and rational ecological management measures and urban development planning.The major conclusions of this study may be summarized as:(1) Changsha was situated in sustainable development state and steady progress condition. The main reasons are as follows. In Changsha, the basic infrastructure in relatively good condition contributed to the continuous growth of socio-economic, but so fast increasing of population create an unfavorable impression that resources begin to decrease and environmental carrying capacity begin to increase also. Besides that, the industrial development pattern is not stable and problem of tourism development is still obvious.(2) Zhuzhou appeared the healthy development trend, and possessed huge development potential. It mostly depended on the rapidly economic development and effectively population growth control, seriously environment protect and steady growth of resident income. However, the basic infrastructure is not perfect that the industry structure should be adjust and optimize, the Environmental protection should be strengthen and the development of tourism industry is still severely.(3) In Xiangtan, The trend of city ecological system development in relatively health condition. The main reasons are following. Recently years, the economic and technological were developed rapidly, the effectively control of population growth and environmental pollution is less than former years, and the tourism development in good condition, but all taken into account, this city developed slowly, which the infrastructure is still relatively laggard and the development of tertiary industry is unstable.In general, the condition of urban ecosystem health has been greatly improved, that developing from sub-healthy state to healthy state.
