As new-style, non-light tight and insulated material of the 21st century the vacuum glass head the list of successful candidates by virtue of excellent resistance to ageing, thermal retardation, permeation of visible light and reflection of infrared light. The vacuum plate glass was systematically researched, which played a tremendous role in future field of saving energy reducing loss. On the other hand, due to the manufacturing technology of vacuum plate glass is highly difficult, at present, theoretical research carried out at home and abroad is still at the primary stage. The research on the vacuum glass in the process of actual operation had some practical value, which had some social and economic value on research and promotion of the vacuum glass in our country.The insulation theory of vacuum glass were analyzed with the coupled mode of radiation and thermal conductivity of sides, and the equation of vacuum glass heat transfer was established by the calculated mode of heat transfer quantity and coefficient, and the temperature distribution and heat turnover of vacuum glass structure in the height direction were figured out, finally calculated value were compared with the actual values of ordinary glass. The results showed that there was 70% reduction in thermal conductivity. That shows that significant energy savings.The stress on vacuum glass were theoretical analyzed, and the model of the stress distribution were established by the crunode method of elastic mechanics. The calculation results show that the maximum stress on vacuum glass was 7.381MPa, the minimum stress was -1.809MPa, the positive stress on the brace was 124MPa, the axial deformation was 0.1865μm.All meet strength requirements. This article analyzed the mathematical model by the finite element method. Deformation field of stress of the whole vacuum glass was analyzed by ANSYS. The colored pictures of accurate stress distribution were obtained. Stress distribution of the important side is immediately expressed such as supporting side and supporting pole, and the basic coincident result of the theories calculation and the software analysis were obtained.
