Tempered vacuum glass(TVG)has high strength,thermal stability,anti-condensation performance,sound insulation performance and safety performance.Also,because the glass is in a vacuum state,its thermal insulation performance is excellent,so tempered vacuum glass is an energy-saving building material and has broad application prospects.However,due to the immature technology,the production cost of tempered vacuum glass is relatively high,and it has not been widely used in the market.During the research on the tempered vacuum glass,it was found that when the tempered vacuum glass produces excessive bending deformation due to the effect of temperature difference(There is a temperature difference between the inner and outer glass),the vacuum structure(edge sealing solder)of the tempered vacuum glass will be damaged,which will greatly reduce its thermal insulation,thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.So this paper studied the deformation characteristics of tempered vacuum glass under temperature difference in the state of low temperature.Based on the tempered vacuum glass structure in actual production,the performance test of solder and tempered glass,the deformation test of tempered vacuum glass under temperature difference at low temperature,the numerical simulation of deformation of tempered vacuum glass under temperature difference at low temperature are carried out.Induction and analysis the test results and the numerical simulation results,can get the following conclusions:(1)The deformation test results and numerical simulation results of tempered vacuum glass under temperature difference at low temperature can be mutually verified,also the reliability of the numerical model is proved.Therefore,when studying the deformation results of tempered vacuum glass of different sizes at low temperature,the method of numerical simulation can still be used;(2)When tempered vacuum glass is at room temperature on one side and low temperature on the other side,its deformation increases with the increase of temperature difference and the size of tempered vacuum glass;(3)Tempered vacuum glass whose size is less than 2500×2500×10.5 mm,when it is at room temperature on one side and the other side is in the low temperature range of0 ℃~-60 ℃,it will not suffer from vacuum failure due to deformation under the action of temperature difference;(4)For framed tempered vacuum glass with a size less than 2500×2500×10.5 mm,when the thickness of the rubber strip is greater than 2 mm and the temperature difference is below 80 ℃,the stress on the single piece of tempered glass is within a safe range.
