High precision manufacture of powder forming parts is urgently needed by the developments of national aviation, aerospace, weapon, atomic energy, automobile and other industries for the traditional forming methods cannot meet some special performance requirements of some parts. Powder forming and consolidation in multiple coupled fields is to form and sinter under superimposed out-enhanced strong electric field, magnetic field, stress field, temperature field and coupling the fields inherent in traditional powder forming and sintering method; or to form and sinter using untraditional methods under multiple coupled fields. It is used to make powder metallurgy parts which are difficult to make by existing technology to improve the performance of powder metallurgy parts. Coordinating with the research of the new technology, the purpose of this study is that, developing equipment for powder forming and consideration in multiple coupled fields.Based on the analysis the existing powder forming and sintering technology and equipment under coupled fields. This paper development a powder metallurgy parts production which couple electric field, magnetic field, temperature field, stress field and integrate shape and sintering in one preparation. The equipment mainly consists of three functional systems: pressurized system, magnetization and demagnetization system, temperature and electric generating system. The main body is whole welded structure; form large vacuum chamber combine with the vacuum chamber doors and withstand major work pressure. Mold system has a top plate, a lower plate and a floating plate which are guided by the guide pin and used to form simplest blank-column columnar shape like columnar and plate. Each plate is driven by independent fuel tank and can achieve all kinds of pressing means and stripping means. Cavity block is placed in electromagnet assembly. The power supply through the magnetic field and the control system ensure that the green compact is concentrated in high-strength magnetic field. Copper electrode installed upper the mold and the power supply and control system ensure the electric field and thermal field while powder sintering. Compact design of the device can achieve a continuous production in the vacuum environment, with high precision and productivity.The Design uses not only the conventional design method, and use modern finite element analysis method to analyze the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system device. The strength and Stiffness of the frame is corrected. maximum stress and deformation of the mold and the natural frequency and vibration of the equipment are find. The design of mechanical structure system changed from experience, analog and static in the traditional method to dynamic, optimized method.
