According to gradually mutual polymer flooding theory and practical experiences, this paper carried out the adaptability study of polymer flooding on the third class oil layer in the south of Nansi Area in Sanan oilfield during high water-cut production late stage, which complex utilized petroleum geology,logging,3-D structure modeling and fine description technologies.In this research process, series of strata combinations and developing orders have been optimized by developing fine geologic remaining oil and numerical simulation researches based on the sedimentation units, which is to reduce the influence of reservoir heterogeneity on the development effects, and reasonable well spacing has been instituted to guarantee the polymer flooding development control degree and effects; On the basis of statistical analyzing cored wells' permeability information and in-house oil displacement tests, the injection parameters, such as polymer molecular weight,amount used,injection rate and injection viscous consistency have been optimized to ensure the development benefit maximization according to pilot area's oil layer connections and reserves control degree; According to the pressure increments and productions after polymer injection, the adjustment injection rate and the polymer molecular weight have been regulated promptly, matching potential tapping treatments have been explored and optimized after analyzing pressure drive system's establishment on third class oil layer, thereby the adaptability study of polymer flooding on third class oil layer has been realized; Pilot area's geological model for third class oil layer has been established by adapting facies-control modeling method, water flooding and polymer flooding development effects have been predicted separately, and polymer flooding development effect and the economic efficiency on third class oil layer have been synthetic evaluated based on the input-output characteristics.
