Research On Investment And Financing System Of Diary Industry In Hongya County

Diary industry is hailed as a sunrise industry in the 21st century.The development of the diary industry is an important measure to improve the national levels of nutrition and enhance the entire people's constitution,an important breakthrough to increase farmers' incomes,improve the agricultural structure,improve rural economic development and construct a new socialist countryside.The development of diary industry level is an important symbol of national modernization level of animal husbandry.From late 80s of last century to 1999,diary industry began to start and get rapid development,cow numbers has increased from 641,000 head to 4.428 million head.Milk production has increased from 1.367 million tons to 8.067 million tons. After entering the 21st century,diary industry development has entered a stage of rapid growth and made great achievements.Diary industry as an industry has also been formed.In 2008,cow numbers reached 12.35 million head,milk production reached 37.815 million tons and China has become the world's third largest milk production country,per capita milk consumption increased from 0.45 kg to 28.3 kg.China diary industry has established its position as the world's diary industry.Cattle with less input and more output,is the effective way to increase farmer's income.It has also made positive contributions to enrich the urban and rural markets,optimizing the agricultural structure,increasing the income of peasants.Hongya county industry started relatively late.In the late 90s,it was only in the slack season kept as a sideline.After several decades of development,hongya diary industry has formed basically.It has completed the construction of a complete industrial chain of feed production,seed cultivation,cow raising,milk purchase,cold chain storage,milk processing,marketing trade and food health.It has played a tremendous linking role for the common development of the first,second and third industry.Milk production,diary processing capacity and urban residents'consumption of diary products have maintained double-digit growth.Milk production scale,yield level and quality of products improve.Farmers and enterprises participate continuously.It increases farmer's income.In the face of the vast market of diary industry development and business opportunities,we should also be aware that diary industry has faced the bottleneck in the process of development as it is lack of funds,lack of financing capacity,lack of financing support and insurance services lag behind.It has seriously hampered the development of local diary industry chain and increasingly become the obstacle factors which restricts the development of diary industry.As an industry chain of affecting farmers,enterprises and market consumption,its funds'problem has not only affected farmers'investment capacity and investment enthusiasm but also is not good for the further development of diary products processing enterprises.This study makes credit rationing theory,financial repression and deepening theory,rural financial system theory as a basis, tries to analyse the financing system difficulties and deep problems in the process of diary industry development at qualitative and quantitative aspects.Combining theory and practice, this thesis studies a diversified financing system,focuses on diary industry development investment and financing mode and tries to resolve fund problems,and put forward policy recommendations.It concludes in the followings.(1)Diary industry investment and financing system is not perfect and the body financing is difficult.Diary industry development is in urgent need of a large amount of money.Diary industry funding shortage has increasing become a bottleneck to restrict the development of diary industry.Diary industry investment and financing system is not perfect and the public finance is limited. For risk control and self-interest,the loan enthusiasm of financial institutions is not high.Rural credit system and guarantee system has delayed.The loans of farmers and enterprises are increasing difficult.(2)To establish a diversified investment and financing system can ease diary industry financing difficulties.To establish a diversified investment and financing system of all-round cooperation,including the government,financial institutions,guarantee companies and insurance companies,can be in support of diary industry financing and effectively ease financing difficulties.(3)The innovation of diary industry investment and financing model from the financial perspective is good to financing.It must innovate diary industry investment and financing model and do not rely on the government finance simply.To construct diary industry investment fund models and diary industry"six-party cooperation plus insurance"models,to implement long-term cooperative game,to expanse funds and to develop diary cattle breeding have good effects.
