Shaanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Investment And Financing Mechanism

As enviromental and resources issues become increasingly prominent.The environmental industry in many countries as a new ecomomic growth point, our government also strongly support and promote the development of environmental protection industry and has made certain achievements, in recent years, China’s environmental protection industry has been considerable development. Shaanxi Province in recent years, environmental issues are emerging, in2012, the Guanzhong area was included in the national focus on prevention and control of regional atmospheric pollution. Thus, the importance of environmental industry in the economic development of Shaanxi Province more and more prominently.Strong financial support is an important condition for the rapid development of environmental protection industry, the lack of funds is long constraints that plagued the development of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, research the investment and financing of Shaanxi environmental industry in system, establish financing mechanisms in line with the characteristics of the environmental protection industry in Shaanxi, for solve the problem of founds and about environmental industry and achieve sustainable development in Shaanxi,is a very important practical significance. This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to researche the investment and financing conditions of Shaanxi Province. Among them, the article focuses on the in-depth analysis about the total amount of investment, the investment structure, investment returns and other issues in environmental industry in Shaanxi Province, inspection and filter large amounts of data, analyzes and summarizes the existing outstanding problems. Then, through the analysis of the environmental protection industry factors affecting investment and financing, conceived that Shaanxi Province Environmental Industry should establish the investment and financing mechanism that "market-oriented operation, supplemented by government support." And put forward relevant suggestions.
