Mechanical Vibration is an important factor in the high-precision machining of the CNC system, to avoid the system working in the vicinity of resonance frequency can greatly improve the machining accuracy. And the main purpose of Mechanical Analyzer is to determine the resonance frequency of CNC system, in order to do online adjustments to CNC system to achieve the best processing performance. The appearance of field bus in CNC system and maturity of the CACSD design method make it possible to realize the Mechanical Analyzer.Firstly, the article analyzed the hardware-In-Loop simulation, raised the CACSD software model based on the CNC system. Then researched the Mechanical Analyzer, pointed the disadvantages of hardware solution and software simulation, raise the Mechanical Analyzer based on Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation.Secondly, analyzed the structure of the Mechanical Analyzer, and discuss the relations between the modules. The implementation details of function modules were discussed. And the implementation of field bus communication software was mainly discussed.Finally, an experiment verified that the platform can satisfy real-time requirement. At the last of the experiment, the resonant frequency of CNC system was measured successfully, found the resonance frequency.A Mechanical Analyzer oriented to CNC system has been implemented, this system has good usability, openness and portability, can give an efficient support to processing realtime application and research on how to develop the CNC software rapidly.
