This article has studied the impact properties of wooden materials under the conditions of different braces and different comformations. The study is divided into four parts: the impact property of the wooden materials under the general condition. the impact property of the wooden materials under the condition of the elastic support. the impact property of the wooden materials under the conditions of posts carbon fiber and stainless steel mesh affixed. the impact property of the wooden materials under the condition of folder polystyrene foam. the major findings are as follows:(1) The Spans of 210mm, 240mm, 270mm corresponding to the impact energy are as follows: pine are 16.4J, 18.5J, 20.9J. MDF are 2.22J, 2.36J, 2.64J. particleboard are 1.85J, 1.94J, 2.0J.(2) Pine thickness (or width) is 10mm, 15mm, 20mm corresponding to the impact energy are as follows: the thickness direction are 10.7J, 14.7J, 16.4J, the width direction are 7.3J, 10.7J, 16.4J. Width of 15mm, 20mm, 25mm corresponding to the impact energy are as follows: MDF are 1.72J, 2.22J, 3.03J. particleboard are 1.39J, 1.86J, 2.96J.(3) The influence factor of impact energy in decreasing is width, thickness, span.(4) Under the condition of 210mm Span , using the spring stiffness 48,36.8,19 support, the impact energy has greatly improved. Pine increased 69.8%, 71.4%, 82.6%, MDF increased 31.6 %,25.6 %,7 %。Pine under the stiffness 48 conditions of the spring support , span of 210mm, 240mm, 270mm, the corresponding impact energy were 27.94J, 29.21J, 32.95J.(5) In the lateral tensile specimen posted the width of 10mm and 20mm carbon fiber, the impact energy has greatly improved. Pine increased by 53% and 101%, particle board increased by 150% and 354%, MDF increased by 240% and 407%. Tensile side of the specimen posted 40 mesh stainless steel mesh, the pine, Particleboard the impact energy increased by 52% and 120%.(6) Using polystyrene foam as the sandwich layer, pine, MDF impact energy increased by 21% and 89%.
