Nowadays composition of materials have become the mainly tendency to develop materials with good performance, clad plate will inevitably replace the steel, aluminum as well as cupper alloys and become the largely consumable material in industry due to its high strength,high toughness, good abrasion resistance and corrosion behavior. Research on the composition mechanism of homogeneous and dissimilar materials serves as a major content in the areas of (material-linking) materials welding and joining.As present, newly kind of composite material needed to be developed to meet people'demand to build a harmonious society with a view to making full use of energy resources and enhance product performance.It is against this background that stainless steel/aluminum composite plate has become the most typical material in this regard. It combined the smooth surface as well as light,cheap properties of stainless steel. Not only easy to clear and being corrode-resistance,but also economic the use of the rare elements chromium and nickel. All its above mentioned performances have contributed to its promising applications in aviation, medicine industry, food processing as well as chemical engineering.The results showed that:The first high-pressure water spray to remove stainless steel and aluminum composite surface to be dust and other debris, the main drive for playing steel brush hair, and then using high pressure water mist nozzles and nylon brush to clean the surface treatment methodthe composite microstructure of the interface between two metals embedded in the phenomenon was at the same time, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are improved to some extent; in the heating temperature is 430℃, when the rolling speed is 7m/min,the reduction rate is 27%, the mechanical composite panels best performance, combined with relatively high intensity; after a temperature of 400℃, holding time of 1.5h diffusion annealing treatment after rolling the interface morphology significantly between the two metals in each other chimericphenomenon of small and irregular waves, and no formation of intermetallic compounds, with more closely.In addition, the composite plate after annealing, the tensile strength and yield strength are decreased, elongation and erichsen value despite the increase.Try rolling on the best process route and the layers of the composite plate-component tensile specimen tensile test preparation, test its mechanical properties, the results show that the composite plate compared to the tensile strength and yield strength of the stainless steel layer decreased, but there is a substantial increase compared with pure aluminum layer; forming properties than stainless steel layer and the aluminum layer has decreased; with the rolling direction in 45°direction, hardening the least, in forming a more easily occur when "lugs" phenomenon.Finally, using different reduction of the rolling process were carried out finite element simulation with DEFORM software, such as effects on the field, equivalent strain field, the interface bond strength are analyzed, the simulation results obtained when the reduction rate of 27% Deformation of the interface composite plate with the best coordination, combined with the highest intensity. Finally, after rolling different reduction experimental mechanics of composite plate analysis showed that when the reduction rate of 27% of the overall mechanical properties of composite panels best, but also validate the finite element simulation results.
