In this thesis, a variety of heat shrinkable resin model of the experiment, PVC, ethyl cellulose, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. can be made into film material. Measuring tensile test strength, film forming, softening point, and then integrated taking into account the operating conditions, and laboratory factors, film-forming agent to finalize the selection. In the film forming agent and spalling on the basis of the theoretical study to determine the film's main formula adhesives concentrations; with different temperatures on the film quantitatively, tensile strength, thickness, between different concentrations and the coating weight for the experiment to discuss some issues arise.In this paper, heat-sensitive stencil paper, heat-sensitive stencil paper base paper as a thermal base paper and the appropriate choice of heat shrinkable resins, surface coating process of preparation of heat shrinkable resin film.Study of various thermoplastic resin in different concentrations, different temperatures made the quantitative heat-sensitive stencil, thickness, tensile strength, softening point, plate effect, the printing effect.Experimental test of a variety of thermoplastic resin material and the base paper after the film composite membrane performance, and how to optimize ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene and PVC film material properties of the composite membrane. Final selection is ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl chloride film-forming agent prepared as heat-sensitive stencil paper.Experiments conducted on the self-made heat-sensitive stencil paper test and physical indexes effect on the machine plate making and printing of test results, results revealed that the PVC is made of heat-sensitive stencil film former has good mechanical strength, thickness, softening point. PVC film-forming agent in the heat-sensitive stencil paper as a suitable softening point, successful plate, and the effect of certain printing. Using PVC as a film-forming agent to the heat-sensitive stencil paper with a good physical strength, softening point and DUPLO Science paper is closer, but the plate effect is large difference between Japan DUPLO Science paper and self-made heat-sensitive stencil paper, the direct result of the printing result is not satisfactory.
