In recent years, heavy metal pollution of the environment has attracted wide attention. Copper is essential element for plant growth, plant growth and development play an important role, but when the copper content in soil over Shiyou will harm plants. The experiment, S. purpurea as experimental material, combined with indoor pot experiment were of different concentrations of Cu2+ and with different proportions of copper mine tailings on purpurea growth and development, further research purpurea under copper stress poison under the reaction, the experimental results the following conclusions:1.low concentration of Cu2+ stress on purpurea poisoning is not obvious, and on the growth of S. purpurea have a certain role in promoting, compared with the control, plant height, biomass increased, but the difference was not significant With the increase of Cu2+ concentration, the growth of S. purpurea was inhibited, high concentrations of Cu2+ stress purpurea slow growth, a more serious injury.2.soil culture pot experiment conditions, the low concentration of copper poisoning in S. purpurea is not obvious, 50 mg/kgCu2+ stress on purpurea chlorophyll content slightly promoted with increasing concentration, purple Commelina was destroyed by chloroplast function, decreased chlorophyll content, MDA and proline content increased with increasing Cu2+ concentration decreases purpurea SOD activity increased with the concentration of Cu showed increased and then decreased trend, POD activity, CAT activity in general is rising, when SOD activity was inhibited when, POD, CAT activity is still active.3.copper tailings soil controlled experiment: the copper tailings sand and soil pollution-free by TA0 (100% soil, control), TA25 (25% tailings +75% soil soil), TA50 (50% tailings soil + 50% of the soil), TA75 (75% tailings +25% soil soil), TA100 (100% tailings soil) to fully mixed, the pot experiment, each treatment group were measured in biomass, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde content, SOD activity, free proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar content and other physiological indicators. A pot experiment, the results indicate that S. purpurea growing on the tailings, but tailings stress, leaves of S. purpurea in physiology have been affected, that copper has on purpurea poisoning effect was obtained by experiments, heavy metal toxicity and copper tailings extreme infertility of the growth of S. purpurea two important reasons, in addition of 25% of the volume of tailings than the pollution of soil, can be toxic to some extent mitigation. The results showed that S. purpurea and copper mine tailings in the Cu2+ stress in normal growth, in a certain percentage of additional tailings polluting soils cultivated S. purpurea vegetation restoration. For ecological restoration of mining waste to soil improvement and provide reference value and scientific basis.
