To protect the transmission and distribution of electrical power system's security??electrical power system ground material must be installed. We usually use the round steel??flat steel?? angle steel or other steel materials as the ground material?? and put the groundmaterial into the underground?? but the ground materials made of steel are easily corroded. The electroless Ni-P /CNTs composite coating provided an important method to improvecorrosion resistance of materials, what's more it's simple to realize, and the coating thicknessis even. But there are many factors which affect the quality of coating, such as process,pre-process, bath various crafts parameter to match, the temperature and the Phvalue andwhen it comes to composite coating, the Second-phase particles will be a main factor whichinfluences the corrosion resistance. And these factors were discussed in the article, wediscussed how main parameters influence plating rate and bath stability .Emphaticallyanalyzed how the density of carbon nanotube influence the corrosion resistance of compositecoatings through full immersion corrosion test in acid-base salt solution, Electrochemicalpolarization curves test, microstructures and SEM. Through data contrast analysis, the bestElectroless Ni-P-CNTs composite plating which has good corrosion resistance and goodadhesion was obtained . It provided good solution to the corrosion problem of groundingelectrode which is meaningful not only to theory research but to actual production.
