Currently, along with the rapid development of the economic society, the problem of how to solve the water pollution has become more and more prominent, and without timely construction of wastewater treatment facilities in the Economic Development Zone, not only would investment environment in the development zone be severely restricted, but the health of workers and residents there would also be affected. Therefore, it's quite necessary to invest and construct wastewater treatment plants and network of drains in the Economic Development Zone of jiaxiang.Based on related theories of the feasibility of construction projects and through the method of combining theoretical analysis and case studies, quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation, this thesis performs comprehensive analysis and assessment of construction of the wastewater treatment plants in the zone and reaches scientific and reasonable conclusions, which can provide direct basis for the investment and decision of the project.The thesis altogether is divided into six chapters, covering main contents as follows:first, introduce in detail the content, process and means of the feasibility research of general engineering projects; second, analyse in detail the current situation of sewage treatment, the necessity and urgency of the construction project in the development zone; third, analyse and evaluate the feasibility of the project, from perspectives of environment, society, technology, finance, risk, etc. fourth, reach a conclusion on the basis of the above-mentioned introduction, analysis and evaluation.Innovation of the thesis:it applies theories and methods of the project feasibility research to the feasibility research of constructing wastewater treatment plants in the development zone. And through detailed analysis of both internal and external environment of the construction project, it proves feasible for investment and serves a basis for the construction investment of the project, which could also provide reference for the feasibility research of similar construction projects of wastewater treatment plants.
