Mesoporous carbon/silica oxide nanocomposites is a hot topic in the scientific community recently.Because it can play an important role in thermal, chemical, and effect mechanical properties and so on. In the meantime, we get silicon oxide into the carbon of a single organic systems in the carbonization process, and solve severe problem of the framework shrinkage,pore diameter fallen and surface area reduction, by which we get the new carbon–silica nanocomposites with large pore sizes, pore diameter and large surface area .In this thesis, we have get ordered mesoporous carbon/silica nanocomposites and mesoporous carbon materials , and these materials have also been characterized. First, we have a dose of law into a hole in the process of silicon that composites calendar. By using mixed amphiphilic block copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide)– poly(propylene oxide)–poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO–PPO–PEO, F127) and PDMS–PEO as co-structure-directing agents,we get p6m and Im3m mesoporous carbon/silica oxide nanocomposites. Then we use 10% HF solutions to deal withcarbon/silica nanocomposite. As a result, silicas oxide are removed and mesoporous carbons are left. The structure of resulting mesoporous materials has been characterized by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and nitrogen-sorption measurements. The framework composition is also studied by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis. Results show that mesoporous carbon/silica nanocomposites with big pore size and high stable framework and mesoporous carbon materials with big pore size can be obtained through co-template method.When the panel of the polymer PDMS–PEO as a template communicate with F127 and PDMS significantly increase the F127 water core, thereby increasing the material of a hole. And PDMS–PEO in the heat when the firing PDMS segmental directly into of silicon, surface-active agent of the removal and silicon source merge into the step, thereby achieve a step into a hole in the process of silicon that composites calendar. This simple a scale of the method for the preparation of a hole carbon of silicon that composites calendar and big bore a hole carbon materials provide effective ways. the development of carbon and a hole of silicon that composites calendar and big bore a hole, surface carbon materials the capacitor electrode materials, absorption, a catalyst for such carrier and hydrogen storage area has a wide application prospect.
