The floor lithology of No. 40106 face roadway in Dafosi coal mine is aluminummudstone which is easy water swelling,the surrounding rock of the roadway is bedding andjoint development,so it belongs to multiplicity complex strata.Due to the gas exposition,erosion effect of water and upper-sector face mining, the roadway has been deformation anddama ge seriously, the support system of the existing roadway support system is failure,lead ing to the mine can not norma l production. For all of these, to study the repair technologyof the roadway has far actual significa nce to Dafosi coal mine.This article is based on transportation roadway's complex surrounding rock of No. 40106full-mecha nized caving face in Dafosi coal mine, through on-site geological survey, numerica lsimulation, the deformation and failure characteristics and mecha nism of roadways which arelarge section and dama ged by dynamic pressure under complex surrounding condition isanalyzed. According to roadways'adjacent rock control theory, combined with the impactfactors of rock stability and the current support experience of large section roadway dama gedby dynamic pressure , a repair way of "reinforcing side,strong roof,reducing span andreinforcement, controlling floor " is proposed. The new support program is verified byFLAC2D simulation software to analyze the stress state and the deformation characteristics ofthe surrounding rock supporting before and after, the results show that the support is reliability,and it can achieve parameter optimization for the support scheme .Field practice andmonitoring results suggest that the combined support scheme can better control deformationof 40106 full- mecha nized transportation roadway, guara ntee the stability of the surroundingrock achieved good results, and it can be as a reference for large section roadways's supportproblem.
