Development of stability evaluation and supporting technology research of surroundingrock in mining roadway has important engineering application value. Based on the supportingparameters research projects of haulage gate of401102working surface in Hujiahe coal mine,this paper used laboratory experiment, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field testto carry out research work. The major work and conclusions as follows:(1) Carries on physico-mechanical experiments of4#coal in Hujiahe coal mine, so thephysical and mechanical parameters of4#coal are obtained,such as density, elastic modulus,poisson ratio, cohesion, internal friction angle,etc,they provide the effective foundation datafor the theoretical calculation and numerical analysis.(2) After excavation, affected by the primary rock stress, adjacent engineering, structuralstress, surrounding rock properties,the abscission layer and flexural deformation,sheardeformation or extrusion flow deformation of roadway roof are easy to produce,at the sametime, walls of tunnel is prone to instable failure,such as compression-shear type, sliding type,split type or transverse arch type.(3) Analysis of deformation and failure of is influenced by primary rock stress, the largerhorizontal tectonic stress, influenced by dynamic mining pressure of adjacent mining face, thestrata pressure behave severely, development of rock joints and water contents in surroundingrocks,etc. Combined with the practical situation of haulage gate of401102working surface inHujiahe coal mine, the research shows that haulage gate surrounding rock in deep coal minehas the characteristics of big ground stress and the stress distribution is complex, the stratapressure behave severely,large deformation,deformation non-symmetry and difficultsupport,etc.(4) It used FLAC numeric simulation and theoretical calculations to study on supportparameters of deep mining roadway in Hujiahe coal mine using.Based on the support idea,which is first pressure released,second pressure relief,third anti-pressure,the combinedsupporting scheme for haulage gate of401102working surface is put forward,whichincluding drill the unload pressure holes at the tunnel roof,increase the anchor length anddiameter,longitudinal arrangement cable and joist to reduce the roadway span,etc.Thepractice shows that the design support parameter of crossheading are ressonable,and thesupporting effect meet the needs of safety production.
