Study On Support System Complexity Of Strike Longwall Weak-rock Gateway In Pitched Seam

After nearly 20 years development, mechanized technology on pitched seam has made considerable progress in china. However, with increasing of face advance speed and gateway section, gateway support questions is becoming serious, while pitched weak-rock gateway support system is more complicated and difficult.Based on complexity of pitched weak-rock gateway support system, this paper analyses carefully the complexity internal cause and characteristics of pitched weak-rock gateway support system, its complexity effective factors, "surrounding rock - support system" bearing function; Based on analysis of pitched weak-rock gateway deformation and destroy, its characteristic complexity is analyzed through testing coal and rock sample strength in field measurement, study of physical simulation testing and numerical calculation. The paper establishes dissipative structure balance model, and constructs geological condition and support technology complex calculation model after complex index quatification on major effective factors on pitched weak-rock gateway.Take 3102 gateway support on full-mechanized face in Huayingshan coal group Liziya South Second Well in Sichuan for an engineering example, reveals complexity substance of weak-rock gateway support system in pitched seam, analyzes support system complexity factors and characteristics complexity of surrounding rock deformation and destory in 3102 gateway. Balance conditions of dissipative structures geological condition complexity in support system are concluded and the complexity of geological conditions and support technology are calculated under the five different support methods.
