With continued growth in energy demand of coal and increasing public attention of the coal mine safety, the society has proposed more efficient and high security requirements. Hydraulic support is known as the key equipment for whether fully mechanized coal mining face can realize high-efficiency and coal mine safety. Operating valves, as the important control components, its performance will directly affect the coal face of production efficiency and safety. However, the test rig for coal mine hydraulic support operating valve has been at a low level for a long time.Through the analysis of the current development status of the test rig for coal mine hydraulic support operating valve, and according to of the relevant standards under the coal industry which has a lot of requirements for hydraulic support operating valve, we can get some corresponding improvement and innovation to the hydraulic support operating valve. The main research work are as follows:According to traditional hydraulic support operating valve test rig not setting forth the relevant standards for the integrated circuit, and the test content not conforming with the relevant standards, so the test rig can only test for several foundation. The paper design a new hydraulic system in which the key proponents all use cartridge valves, consequently the new test rig can test the large flux experiment to operating valves.Against the original test rig for testing process of arbitrary and the test data by hand writing, the test data is not conducive to management. So the test rig designed to increase the computer measurement and control system. The system is composed of embedded control computer, AI/AO modules, DIO modules, relay output terminal board, terminal board signal conditioning and so on. Through computer senior language C#, the test rig can collect the experiment data and control the experiment process more efficiently, so the test rig can realize the automation of the experiment process and experiment data collection.This paper also can test the content of the experiment, according to the content of the support operating valve, the paper analyze the result of the experiment. Actual field tests show that this test rig can achieve the demand of the relevant standard for the support operating valve.
