As the key control components of coal mining shield support, valves for shield support are steadily developing to high pressure and mass flow to meet the high yield and efficiency requirements of comprehensive coal mining. However, there is a shortage of corresponding test equipments. Thersfore, the development of the test rig of valves for coal mining shield support will provide the necessary test conditions, and the research is of great value for engineering application and will contribute to the progress of shield support.The paper mainly focusses on the design and realization of the measurement and control system for the test rig of valves for shield support. Its main contents are as follows. According to the test criteria and operating principle of valves for shield support, a hydraulic test circuit is designed for valves for shield support, and structures of the software and hardware for the measurement and control system are devisedIn this paper, the following hardware is designed: a drag system for high power electric motor to control hydraulic pump station, computer interface circuit including an I/V conversion circuit and a driving circuit for electromagnetic valves. To enhance the stability, reliability and testing precision of the testing system, the origins of disturbance is analyzed, and the relevant anti-disturbance measurements are presented.In accordance with modular programming methods, software for the test and control system is designed and realized. The paper fully analyses the ActivDAQ control programming technology, and applies it for high accuracy real-time data acquisition in Windows environment based on analyzing and comparing real-time data acquisition technology. The paper adopts linear fitting and linear interpolation technology for data processing, and put forward a method of data management by file management system.Finally, the paper tests the software of the measurement and control system, and verifies that the software can meet the requirements.
