The Conveying of the hydraulic support at fully mechanized coal face is one of important components of the comprehensive mining mechanized technology. The actual application level of efficiently hydraulic support transportation technology and equipment of is lower in our country, so the developing of the highly mechanization of assistant transportation equipment is the important content and basic guarantee of the high yield and efficiency of the mine building. Based on the research of a lot of technical literature of China and foreign countries and analysis of the domestic and foreign development trend of hydraulic support vehicle market, the scheme of structure design and hydraulic drive for the vehicle have been bring forward in this paper, which special used for the installation and remove of the hydraulic support, according to the craft requirement of installation and remove of hydraulic support for coal mine. The disquisition is originated from engineering practice. The bodywork and hydraulic drive system have been designed at the early stages of the disquisition. The following specific research work has been accomplished.1. The vehicle structure scheme has been bring forward and the vehicle structure characteristics as well as the installation and remove of the support been analyzed detailed through survey research on actual working face of mine and base on analysis of work requirement and stability for the vehicle. Based on many advantages and extensive application of the hydraulic transmission technology, the volumetric speed control circuit of the electro-hydraulic proportional variable pump-motor is chosen for walking hydraulic drive system. To ensure two walking wheels keeping synchronization and preventing affect from each other, the double pump-double motor driving circuit consisted of independence driving system is adopted. The key technology of the electro-hydraulic proportional control of how to keep the speed synchronous of the two walking rounds and the speed sensor are lucubrated.2. To the study the character of pump control motor system the dynamic equations are established and the transfer function diagram of pump control motor hydraulic loop is obtained firstly according to the control diagram and the analysis of each link of system respectively. The mathematics block diagram has been reasonable simplified and then the transfer function of system is obtained. The transfer function diagram of the hydraulic synchronous control system of walking mechanism has been got on the basis.3. The original parameters of the pump control motor system are confirmed by referring to the product sample and corresponding calculation. The stability of pump control motor hydraulic system is analyzed by drawing Bode chart of the system and the system performance has been proofread. The PID control technology and the principal and subordinate control mode have been adopted and the double motors walking hydraulic system have been simulated by the Simulink module. The results of simulation show that the system get better synchronization precise, which proved that it is accurately that the principal and subordinate control mode and the PID control strategy have been adopted in the system.
