The full name of the support transport vehicle is the hydraulic support transport vehicle,commonly referred to as the rack car.It has the advantages of high load carrying capacity,fast driving speed,high flexibility and remarkable climbing ability and so on.It can also be realized that there is no need to reload and transport between cars.It can reduce the quantity and labor intensity of auxiliary transportation personnel in coal mine,improve production efficiency and shorten the conversion time between new and old working faces due to the fast moving speed of supporting cars and shortening the transportation time.Therefore,the support transport vehicle has a good prospect and a large market space.Firstly,aiming at tire skid of rack car,a new full hydraulic automatic anti skid system is put forward in the existing anti skid mode,and the parameter calculation and matching selection of the main hydraulic components of the driving anti skid system are carried out.The introduction of hydraulic steering anti-skid drive system and the calculation and selection of key components provide the theoretical basis and basis for kinematics analysis and selection of anti-skid device and mathematical model of rack vehicle.Secondly,the AMESim simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the anti-skid device of motor vehicle speed regulating valve and the anti-skid device of synchronous valve.The emphasis is placed on the analysis of the light load and heavy load of the support vehicle under the direct and steering conditions,the light slip and the severe skid under the two modes of transportation,and the comparative analysis of the anti-skid effect under the action of the two anti-skid devices.The relationship of tire speed during anti-skidding is obtained by simulation curve,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the next anti-skid device.Finally,by using the simulation software of AMESim hydraulic system,this paper analyzes the different skidding degree in different working conditions and finds out thebest anti-skid device under different skidding conditions.The optimum operation mode for preventing tire skid is found,which provides a theoretical basis for the further optimization and improvement of the anti-skid system in the future.The effect of the anti-skid device is verified by the simulation and design requirements.It is found that,after checking,the anti-skid device is reliable and conform to the design conditions.Finally,the correctness of the simulation results is verified by the real vehicle test.
