The high efficiency, high flexibility and high precision are concentrated in the modern CNC machine. The feeding system of high speed machine needs high-performance position control, speed control, pilot motor and mechanical transmission and so on. So one of the key technologies for the modern CNC machine is research and develops high-performance servo-actuated feeding system.On the basis of research on the main influence factor to CNC machining precision, the main influence factor to positioning precision and response speed of servo-actuated feeding system are analyzed.Firstly, mathematic model and simulation model of servo-actuated are built, and the influence of backlash, stiffness, friction on system is analyzed by the simulation.Secondly, on the basis of research on the influence factor to positioning precision of feeding system, the rapidity and stability of system positioning improved by integrating fuzzy control and PID control, and the corresponding fuzzy controller is designed. Getting the relationship between friction power and speed from the experiment, the corresponding speed and steady-state precision of the system are increased through double-fuzzy control method.Finally, based on the results of theoretical research and simulation analysis, an AC servo-actuated feeding system and its position detecting system are established. Have done experimental research on resetting ability of the system by changing load, location increment and acceleration and deceleration curve and other control parameters.The research has a certain theory and application value for improving the level of high speed and high precision machining and enhancing the market competitiveness of products. At the same time, the foundation of solving positioning problem of high speed machines is established.
