Oil shale is internationally recognized as one of the most imporment supplementary resources of conventional petroleum resources, and the development and utilization of oil shale receives more and more attention. It is bases on Huadian oil shale mine in Ji Lin province, analysis the mechanical property of oil shale and its roof and floor adjoiningrock. Regard surrounding rock as porous medium, considering the influence of groundwater seepage, developes fluid-solid coupling creep-mathematic model for saturated porous media. Connectes with concrete condition of large displacement and hard supported, simulates the stress field and displacement change patterns of surrounding rock in the influence of mining and groundwater used FLAC3D, summarizes the discipline and factors of surrounding rock destabilization. Designs the surrounding rock controlling scenario under the action of water-rock reaction and procceeds numerical simulation. Make a field test used combined support by bolting and rope take place in the stope drift active workings of the first-wall four-layer, and has a good test result, besides, provide the basis for the controlling of oil shale surrounding rock displacement.
