Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is based on atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic emission spectrometry, it is a unique trace analysis techniques. And as a spectrum analysis technique in recent years, atomic fluorescence spectrometry with high sensitivity, rapid, selective, simple and convenient in the field of trace analysis is widely used. With food hygiene, environmental protection, drinking water safety and other issues emerging, A precise and rapid detection of trace elements (arsenic, mercury, lead) etc become more and more attention. People's tolerances of these trace elements are very low, but higher doses of toxic side effects may occur. China, as the most populous country, Heavy metal content of food and water were analyzed, strict control of food and water, heavy metals, the development of uniform, convenient and effective method of determination of standards and to ensure the safety of the people and quality of life is imminent. In this thesis, for atomic fluorescence spectrometry and other elements used in the determination of arsenic in water has done the following:1. Analysis and presentation of arsenic assay principle, introduce a variety of detection methods, the analysis given by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry detection programs, and programs are analyzed to compare the advantages of this approach.2.Analysis on the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry detection accuracy and detection limits of the factors, and optimal inspection program, and on this basis, given the design of experimental systems, the equipment needed to conduct the experiment description and analysis of experimental procedures introduced and processes, improvement of the experimental apparatus for the corresponding study.3.Application AFS-230 double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer, using high-pressure sample digestion methods, the selected experimental conditions, according to hydride generation atomic fluorescence determination of arsenic in water method, carried out experiments study. First, the study of the optical tube with negative pressure, lamp current, atomizer height, carrier gas flow rate, shielding gas flow rate, reading time, delay time on the determination results, while the concentration of potassium borohydride, carrier, oxide system, acidity, interfering ion was discussed by cable.4.Then the standard solutions were arsenic detection experiments, the experimental data and general arsenic detection compared the results found that the method has high sensitivity and less interference, wide linear range, high recovery and low detection limits; this detection system is automated high, simple, reliable, and so on.
