The resource to make paper is shrinking increasingly and the environmental protection becomes more and more important. therefore the recycling of waste paper has received more attentions in the paper industry. The recycled fibers have become an important resource in paper making. In order to improve the quality of recycled fibers, the surfactants play a key role in the de-inking process. conventional deinking agent is difficult to removal the ink in mixed office waste paper because of its special nature, an environment-friendly agent for deinking mixed office waste paper is developed in this article. The effect of different types of surfactants is investigated, and the deinking mechanism study of agglomeration agent and inorganic salts is discussed, which provide some theoretical basis for the study of ink removing.In this paper, mixed office waste paper and surface active agent is researched. The effect of single component of surfactant is discussed, and severals of good effect of surfactant is choosed and mixed, then determined the best ratio. It also studied the effcef of adhesion work and its biodegradation.The results show that MAC,ZFC,MAP work best when used alone. To conduct them found that MAP: MAC: ZFC = 1:1:1 reached better deinking results. When the adhesion work is in 80mM / m or so, the deinking effect is better, so it can use as an basis on the choose of deinking Surfactants. MAC,ZFC,MAP, the three kinds of surface active agents can degrade in a short time to achieve good results.JD-1 as an agglomeration agent, can agglomerate completely at lower temperature, When the JD-1 dosage is 0.25%, the stirring intensity is reached 400r/min, a good deinking effect is reached. now, the whiteness is 96% ISO, then dust degree is 4.645mm2 / g.Adding inorganic salt in the de-inking system can change the Zeta potential, whiteness, dust degree and the absorbance.The effect of four salt on the brightness and dusty in deinking pulp is followed: CaCl2> Al2 (SO4) 3> urea> MgCl2. And when the CaCl2 amount is1.5% ,it get the lowest degree of v dusty, as 4.24 mm2 / g, brightness up to 95.6% ISO.When the GA deinking agent effective solid content is 95%, dosage is 0.4%, the best process parameters: pulping time is 30min, pulp temperature is 50℃, NaOH dosage is 1.0%, Na2SiO3 amoun t is 3.0%, H2O2 dosage is 1.0%, a better deinking effct is received. compared with commercial and import deinking agent, its whiteness has increased, dust has decreased significantly. The whiteness achieves 96.49% ISO, the dusty is 3.96mm2 / g.According to cost, the price of GA is much lower than commercial deinking agent, so the self-inking agent GA is a relatively good effect of deinking agent.
