In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of terrorist incidents and people's enhanced awareness of self-protection, protection has become an important global issue. In many countries, including China, the use of firearms to some extent by the strict restrictions, from daggers, bayonets and other threats are everywhere sharp, This makes stab materials research and development work as a research focus.There are a lot of research products about stab home and abroad, most are a structure-based products, but are the woven fabric, nonwoven research mostly, some institutions of the weft knitted stab performance have carried out relevant research work, but there are not related the warp knitted fabric structure and properties of stsb-resistant research, while a large number of studies have shown that warp knitted fabrics have good energy absorption. Based on the analysis of different fiber raw materials, used ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as raw materials, research and development of the different structures of warp knitted fabric material as the stab. The weaving performance of the UHMWPE in the warp knitting machine is discussed, and get problems should be paid attention to in the warp knitting machine for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers; and through the warp knitted fabric performance testing of anti-stab,analyzes its related factors include the length of extension wire, fabric density, piercing surface piercing tool angle; also through the shear thickening fluid handling and processing without the shear thickening fluid warp knitted stab performance of the static obtained by comparing,getting the shear thickening fluid enhanced warp knitted stab performance to some extent; this issue also analyzes warp knitted stab mechanism and obtains warp knitted fabric has certain advantages in the absorption of impact energy; this issue also analyzes and compares the two fabric - warp knitted and woven fabrics (from the Stab-resistant material used market) made by high molecular weight polyethylene as the raw material by the quasi-static stab under the conditions of performance, obtained by the knitted fabric as a stab material and has a considerable advantage and develop a new direction for domestic stab materials.The quasi-static stab tester used in the subject is integrated with reference to The People's Republic of China GA68-2008 "stab-service" standards and the world's most authoritative performance test standard NIJ stab made on the basis of a special experiment apparatus, and in accordance with GA68-2008 "stab service" standard developed special test tool, the process can be described puncture force displacement curve with an effective anti-puncture performance of materials.The topic studies stab-resistant performance of warp knitted fabric for the first time , make a certain contribution for individual protective armor materials development.
