The co-slurry ability and gasification process of hazardous solid waste oil sludge of oil refinery wastewater treatment plant and high sulfur petroleum coke of oil refinery delayed coking plant, with relevant application basic have been studied in this paper. Naphthalene dispersant was used to study the influence factors of high sulfur petroleum coke slurry(CWS)ability.The effcet of pre-treatment methods of oil sludge on the oil sludge coke slury(COS)and slurry's properties, including rheology and stability was also invsetigated. The results showed that:the untreated oil sludge in the 5% quality addition amount of high sulfur petroleum coke dry basis, the COS concentration was only 63.7%, far below the CWS concentration of 68.5%; after adding the treatment, COS apparent viscosity and fluidity was improved significantly, the slurry concentration could achieve about 69%, slightly higher than the CWS concentration. We also found that the electrolyte could make COS viscosity much slower than surfactant. The addition of oil sludge changed slurry rheological type, with the addition of oil sludge increased, COS yield stress gradually increased. And as the shear rate increased, the apparent viscosity of COS reduced, it belonged to pseudoplastic fluid. The addition of oil sludge increased the slurry stability too, oil sludge played the part of a stabilizing agent.By simultaneous thermal analyzer, the oil sludge and high sulfur petroleum coke gasification kinetics was studied in this paper. Results show that the addition of oil sludge to coke was conducive to increase gasification reaction rate and decrease the activation energy. In the same reaction time, the COS conversion ratio was significantly higher than CWS. The greater amount of oil sludge added, more fully the reaction went on at the same temperature. Oil sludge played a catalytic role, catalytic gasification effect was more apparent with the reaction temperature increased.
