Research Of Wireless Communication And Simulation Processing Of Open CNC Based On VC++ And Virtools

As the development of manufacturing automation and computer technology, CNC manufacturing technology has become the main processing method in the based manufacturing. But the conventional numerical control system is restricted in application to expanse the production process because its deficiencies. Based on the analysis of the traditional numerical control system itself, on the basis of factors restricting, we design a open CNC system with a function of wireless communication and simulation using wireless communication technology and 3-d simulation technology.Firstly, analyzes the decoding, interpolation theory and software implementation scheme, develop decoding and interpolation module of CNC simulation system based on the VC++,Firstly, the paper analyze disadvantages of CNC system, with specific application in engineering background, design the system framework and scheme of CNC wireless communication system and of CNC simulation, introduces software environment that needed in the development process.In the numerical control system, wireless communication module and serial interface communication are used to realize communication between the PC and lower-level computer control system, finished the design of total structure by RF modules and makes a detail analysis for every hardware, design the software internal, achieved the open CNC system of wireless communication finally.In the CNC simulation system, modeling for the CNC milling machine, realize sports modeling and control of the CNC simulation system and achieve the auxiliary function in the simulation process based on Virtools software.This paper realized wireless communications and simulation of open CNC system successful through testing. This study fill the key technology of many fields into the CNC system, expand the application of the CNC system, the secondary development has a very good reference value.
